Withdrawal Restrictions Clients may request to withdraw an amount equal to the amount previously deposited. Note: In cases where several amounts were deposited into client’s trading account, each amount should be requested to be withdrawn separately. Requests are processed to the bank within Windsor ’s working hours, no later than the following working day.	Withdrawal Restrictions There is no restriction on the amount that the client may request. Requests received before 12:00 p.m. Cyprus Local Time (GMT+2), are usually processed to the bank within the same day, no later than the following working day.
Withdrawal Fees Client will be charged per withdrawal Withdrawal Fees*: Euro 15 per each request	Withdrawal Fees Client will be charged with standard withdrawal fees, applied by the banks, each time a withdrawal occurs.

Security Procedures
Please note that the name of the cardholder should match the name of the holder of the trading account(s) held with Windsor otherwise funds will be returned. Returns will bear the withdrawal fees.*

For verification purposes, the client should send a copy of the front side of the Credit Card to the Back Office Department, prior to depositing any funds to his/her trading account held with Windsor. In cases where the client chooses to use another valid Credit Card for transferring funds, a copy of that Credit Card must be also provided to Windsor accordingly. The copy/copies should display the first and last 4 digits of client’s credit card(s) (all 8 middle numbers should be crossed out for security purposes). The above is obligatory for accepting deposits. It should be noted that Windsor has implemented further security procedures by using V-Fraud and 3D Secure services for the purpose of checking the validity of Credit Cards and/or other protection offered by the service providers.

*Terms of Service:
1. Please note that client’s data will be stored directly with Cyberbit A/S - the company that provides Windsor with the Credit Card payment integration and processing service. Windsor will not be held responsible for the protection of client’s financial information. Cyberbit A/S is a member of ETA and is PCI Compliant.
2. The Client is not permitted to cancel any payment made to his/her trading account, via Credit Card, once the payment has been confirmed by Windsor. However, the client may withdraw funds available in his/her trading account, in accordance with the withdrawal restrictions as stated above.
